Distinctively Modern in Westlake Village

This Westlake Village investor flip boasts all of the contemporary bells and whistles, such as updated Shaker cabinetry, a dark gray accent wall (or two), and a sleek fireplace surround, just to name a few.

Keeping in step with these upgrades, we implemented our Distinctively Modern home staging design, with an ever-so-subtle Farmhouse twist.

In the formal living room, a curve-backed faux shearling sofa & barrel accent chairs combine with a black rubberwood coffee table set to create a monochromatic contrast that’s modern and chic. As we move into the family room and primary bedroom, farmhouse accents become apparent, completing the design’s intention.
