Gettin’ Hygge with it in Solvang

Solvang, known as the “Danish Capital of America” to some, but likely just “home” to the locals, is a delightful town in the Santa Ynez Valley.

While Solvang _is_ wonderful, it is perhaps Denmark’s Scandinavian Hygge design influence that we are most grateful for; a design style that prioritizes coziness, simplicity, and human well-being.

In this project, we gladly take our cue from Solvang and the Danes, channeling our hygge through our California Comfort home staging design.

Open spaces and bright, natural light facilitate a healthy environment where the family connects. Organic materials and a neutral color pallet create warmth and a kinship with nature. Clean lines and simple silhouettes clear the way, allowing for a focus on comfort and function.
