Home to NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and an abundance of natural beauty, La Canada Flintridge is a wonderful destination for scientists and home owners alike!

On a deodar-lined street and surrounded by lush landscape, this Tudor estate has plenty of curb appeal. We were brought in to work on the interior allure (of course), and immediately decided on our Modern Traditional home staging design.

The living room staging presents as modern & elegant, anchored by a walnut and vellum CB2 media console. Elevating the property further are Collo 1 and Collo 2, limited edition art by Rubin Crespi.

Modern Traditional home staging design brings in modern furniture pieces to elevate this Tudor estate.Two Nordic-style boucle accent chairs face across a Miller '84 boucle sofa comingled with a rod-iron accented coffee set.We dressed up our traditional dining table with new cb2 Segur Modern chairs from Barcelona-based Mermelada Estudio to create a modern traditional home staging design.We used a 4'x6' abstract art called "Collo 1" by Rubin Crespi to add something dramatic to the modern traditional home staging design.La Canada Flintridge is a beautiful place to call him and we wanted this family room to be more laid back but still have the modern elements that attract today's buyer.The foyer of the primary bedroom is staged using a small sofa, marble topped coffe table, and light blue Ophelia & Co. console table.A Tudor estate we staged in La Canada Flintridge.
